OVERVIEW of PAYMENT POLICY (for complete policy see Parent Handbook)

• Non-refundable Registration fee due upon enrollment to reserve placement.
• Tuition is due in full the first school day of each month. (no later than the 3rd school day)
• 10% sibling discount on older child when 2 or more siblings attend at the same time.
• Tuition amount remains the same regardless of attendance or holiday closure.
• Tuition based on a 12-month school year. (August – July).
• School closed annually for 2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week in August.
• Financial Aid is available for families who qualify. Complete information – a link to
the application is on the bottom of this page.

Annual Registration Fee (non-refundable) for first child
per family of 2+ children		 $100

Late pick-up penalty for each 15-minute interval (or portion thereof) after 6:00 pm. $10
Late payment fee (past due account) beginning 4th school day of the month. $10/week
Service charge for NSF payment (payable by money order or credit card) $25
Additional hours for currently enrolled student (if available). $5/hr
max: $15/day
Activity fee (optional Zumba program, typically scheduled once/week) $5/attendance
Lunch & Munch (optional lunch program, menu provided monthly) $5/lunch
