PELC provides 2 snacks per day, morning & mid-afternoon. Children need to bring a nutritious lunch from home on a daily basis.
- A fully completed registration packet with up-to-date immunization record and well child statement from child’s doctor turned in 2 weeks prior to first day.
- Wearing washable clothes for potentially messy multi-sensory and fun learning!
- A complete change of clothes in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag labeled with child’s name.
- Nutritious lunch visibly labeled on the outside with first name and last initial.
- Diapers, wipes, diaper cream (for non-potty trained 2’s). Diaper cream labeled with child’s name, parent signature, and date.
- Sunscreen labeled with child’s name, parent signature, and date (if a signed permission form completed).
